These apartments are not bad, If you do not expect to much. There is no assigned parking, so you park where ever... if you can find a spot. The laundry room is rarely clean and takes only smartcards no change. It takes a while for somethings to get fixed, I personally have problems in my bathroom which have never been addressed. They like to give "extended" 24 hour notices to enter, So like imagine for a whole month period like July to August, They can * and will * Come in whenever they like during that period. I have had strange work people come into my house while I was naked and sleeping. Once with out knocking. When they painted recently, the workers painting did not speak english. And I have never once got a note like "We were here...." But I have come home to find strange hairs in my kitchen, things moved around etc. We also are not allowed to have alcoholic beverages on our porches, and nix the idea of having your buddy come by for a bbq, you can not bbq on your porch, you must use only the natural gas communal grill by the swimming pool. Oh and no more than 2 guests per appartment to go swiming!... also the managers office is right by the pool, lol. Not that it matters but the very few ammenities avail. I personally found were not worth using, Since it became more of an inconvience than pleasure. So, over all, Low rent equals you get what you pay for, but it is generally quite around here, and kinda a good location based on what your needs are... Once again I am just one person and these are just my opinions and experiences.
