Hi,

I called these guys after finding them on the web. The guy on the phone was very knowledgable.

he knew my particular machine and the problem. We scheduled a time for him to come by, we agreed upon a window of time 1-2 window. One of their techs showed up and fixed the problem with our HP color Laser printer.



I then had him take a look at our Lexmark Laser printer at a discoiunt since hee had already drove out and the first repair covered this and the guy was able to determine what the problem was with the Lexmark T640. he had to order parts and will be back.



We will continue to use them. The service was what is should be.
