RESPONSE: “Client contacted us and requested service specifically for fire hoses. We were happy to do this service and gave a bid with detailed cost prior to scheduling any service. They agreed, authorizing in writing and we came out on the clients requested date. Upon arrival our tech checked in with client to confirm service and gain access. Client allowed us to begin service on fire hoses. At no time in that process was service every cancelled. In the middle of service, customer comes out to tech and asked him to stop, per his boss’s request. We immediately discontinued service as requested. Unfortunately we had already removed several of customer’s fire hoses that needed hydro testing, and replaced them with our loaner hoses. When customer canceled the service, we were then forced to remove our loaner hoses and place customer hoses back in service. We only charged client for the service provided (before stopping service) and the time invested in undoing the service we already provided. Cal-Counties Fire has been in business since 1984 and prides itself in providing quality service to all our clients. Understand that work must be cancelled prior to any services rendered in order for there to be no-charge. We hope that all went well and we look forward to regaining you as a client in the future.”

Cal counties came out for fire extinguisers inspection- They also started to remove fire hoses without company approvel, They were advised to stop the removing of firehose in which they did- Days later we received an invoice claiming they had to remove and install hose- In an attempt to discuss this issue with there management - they were very rude and insisted that they did install the hoses back on even though they were not authorized to do this portion of the job, they sent an invoice for completing a fire hoses- this company does not work with there clients and attempts to do extra work without authorization and invoice you for ther full amount

Stay away as there are several reviews showing this comany as having bad business
