Provided by YP.comthey came to check our sumppump problem and they guy rodded for 2hrs with no results stopped and told us we needed to excavate which would cost us around $4000. we told him to stop so that we can talk it over and his bill was over $500. This busines is a ripoff and a scam if you value your money DO NOT use these guys.
Although the reviewer did not give a name, we believe we know who this customer is. The customer was presented with, and accepted, pricing prior to us perfmoring any work. The problem ended up being a broken sewer as our technician suggested to the customer. The broken sewer was also confirmed by another contractor that the customer hired. Free of charge, we rodded the customers sewer again and televised the sewer also. The customer realized the problem was correctly diagnosed. We provided a quote to repair the sewer but the customer did not hire us.
