Owner's were extremely friendly and understanding. Car was repaired and re-painted in a timely manner. The overall experience was outstanding. I would highly recommend this mechanic to anyone. I live an hour away in Sarasota and would drive all the way just to go to Burke's Auto Body.

This is the best shop in Bradenton or anywhere else, because of the kindness and honesty and care of the owners Kevin & Joe, they truly went the extra mile making sure all was done properly to have my vehicle repaired and refurbished in such an honest way and short time!! they even showed us ,on the vehicle, exactly what needed to be repaired and why.They really took their time making sure we understood what needed to be fixed.What great communication !! this is priceless!! Unfortunately I have had several experiences with collision centers, mainly dealer ships . My very good friend and neighbor recommended Burkes . At first I had my concerns , As me and my husband just recently bought a 2013 Benz GLK350 , from the dealer in Sarasota. I was in to minds weather to just take it straight to the Dealer ship .Or listen to my friend The adjuster who wrote the estimate, asked if I was leaving the car for the repairs to be done, and that I could drive away right now in a rental vehicle . I asked the adjuster what my options was , and did he know Burkes auto body . He replied that they are an extremely good shop ,and growing fast in the industry . and have only heard good things. To cut a long story short I decided on Burkes.They were extremely nice people ,very professional did what they said they were going to do, and most important my Benz seems to look better than when I bought it . I highly recommend everyone to use Burkes there simply the best. Jenny.

I i have been acquainted with this company since 1977 , in 2012 , Joe Rich ( owner and manager of this company ) accepted the lowest of three bids to fix the rear quarter pannel and bumper of my van. When my neighbor who had caused the problem saw it,Wow " it looks like new. The blending of the new paint on my 2004 Sienna XLT was a masterful job. We just had body work done on a friend's vehicle and we highly recommend Burkes Auto Body workmanship as being superior. Their quality of service was beyond our expectations and their care for the client was excellent.

My husband & I depend heavily on reviews when looking for services in an area we are not familiar with. When I wrecked our 2003 Honda I knew how the system works with the estimates and picking a shop as I had worked in a body shop in another town but we were at a disadvantage in the area we live in now. This being the case we started looking for shops with the best reviews. Burke's topped the list. Long story short we took our car there for repair and the husband an wife team in the office we very friendly and efficient. We had additional request which they handled with no problems. The car looks great and was completed in a timely manor with the exception of a trim piece that was on back order. Which the shop has no control over. It's your choice where to repair.....I suggest Burke's.

I was in my first major accident in December, three months after moving to Florida and Burke's was recommended to us after talking to my insurance representative. The front office staff come off as very warm and genuinely concerned with the quality of their work. I could tell that they considered my experience a top priority. They were more than willing to go the extra mile to get me safely back on the road. The car was in top condition when I got it back; it was as if nothing had happened to the exterior. The primary operator, Kevin, was very good about keeping me in the loop and always answered my questions in an honest manner. I'd go to them again in a heartbeat.

I used the services of Burke's Auto Body last week when the trunk lock broke because of rust. I took it in on Thursday and they indicated that it might be ready late Friday or Monday if they had trouble getting the part needed. The called me on Saturday morning and I was able to retrieve the car about noon. Service was speedy and very professionally done. I'll be back if needed.

Thank you for the great job you did on our Pontiac Vibe.You can't tell where the dents were and the color match is perfect. Also, our car was finished before we were promised. Kevin and Jo are fine people to work with.

When I retired, I was able to purchase my dream car, a classic 1995 Jaguar XJS convertible. It was in mint condition; albiet needing a new paint job. To ensure that I received the very best service, I spent a considerable amount of time investigating in order to find the vendor that was most respected for quality work. The consensus was Burke's. The work was completed on time and was outstanding. Four years later, some fading appeared. As promised, Burke's honored their "lifetime guarantee;"no questions asked. The car looks showroom fresh. Not only is their work of the highest quality and timely, the warm reception from Kevin and Jo makes for a most pleasant business relationship.

What can I say, Kevin was a lifesaver. I was at our home in Bradenton for a week and on the next to last day there (a Friday) the back glass of our suburban broke completely off one hinge and made the car for practical purposes undriveable. We found burkss on the phone . Kevin understood our problem and found a replacement window and to make a long story short, I was back on the road the same day. Can't thank you enough Kevin. First experience with an auto accident, and didn't know where to take my car. It was recommended I take it to Burkes Auto Body Shop. Kind of hesitant I did so. I coulldn't have asked for anything better. I had great service thru the whole trauma bit!! My car is etter looking now then before the accident. A perfect job. Courteous, friendly,thoughtful and ver understanding. Very caring and professional owners. The job itself was fantastic. Ihope there are no more accidents, but if so, I won't hesitate to take my car back to Burkes again

My little baby VW GOLF .I was front ended on 14th street . I had my VW towed to a dealer ship close by .They promised me every thing would be fine ,two weeks later i went to pick my VW up ,and i could just tell the colors did not match , the fenders and hood did not line up . It looked terrible .I phoned my insurance company and complained .My insurance company allowed me to tack my VW to a shop that i preferred to correct these problems , as i lost all confidence in the dealer ship . I mad some phone call and i ended up picking Burkes auto body .They were very professional they asked no questions ,just asked if i gave the other shop ( DEALER SHIP ) a chance to put things right .Any way these guys were amazing , my VW looks better than the day i bought it from the show room .They made a bad experience into a great one . Just had body work done on my Silverado. The service, repair work and price was excellent. Would highly recommend Burke's for and outstanding job.

Burke's Auto Body did a fantastic job on my car. I needed some dents in my front bumper fixed. He guarenteed that the bumper would look like new and it does! :) Plus, they fixed it in one day! I was very pleased with their work and would highly reccommend this body shop. The people are very knowledgeable and kind. Steven, the guy who actually worked on the car, did an amazing job.
