Employee Jose and Owner "TJ" are very unprofresional and all about the money, not the customer. Both were very arrogant and do not understand the concept of customer service. I brought one of my vehicles in and the technician Chris was great. He was honest, reasonable and most of all made me comfortable with the whole experience there. I was so happy I brought a second car. This time I brought it in for a timing belt and water pump. I wasn't as lucky to have the same technician. In fact, this time around Brunys took it upon themselves to charge me over $500 and didn't do a thing to the car. Taking advantage of me trusting their word and expertise. I have filed a complaint in civil court. It's really hard to find a good, trustworthy shop. I thought I found it here. Boy oh boy was I wrong. Beware. The operation they run makes them criminals. If my car had never broke down I would never had known. Makes you wonder how many of their good paying customers still don't know they have been ripped off.
