OUTSTANDING, above average service. On time. Reasonably priced and very, very professional! strongly recommend.

Needed a couple faucets repaired in 2 bathrooms, Robert was in and out in less that an hour. He was very professional, courteous and did a great job. I would recommend Bruner Plumbing to anyone.

Inept, dishonest and disrespectful. We called them to fix multiple plumbing issues. A very nice man showed up and took forever to fix just one. He couldn't fix the other three. OK. He said he had to order some parts. OK. The next day when I went to take a shower I still could not get any hot water. It was tepid but not hot. I called. They were supposed to get right back to us but didn't bother to respond at all. OK. So I called another company. That plumber told me that Bruner's plumber had installed a part completely incorrectly. He put it in the opposite direction from the way it was supposed to go. Great. So we paid the 2nd plumber to fix what the first plumber did wrong. Now Bruner's plumber charged $1k because we had to pay hourly for his learning curve. The 2nd plumber only charged $350.I called the office willing to just forget it but wondering where the parts they were supposed to have ordered were. There was still a 2nd shower not functioning. They didn't have a clue. Nothing had been ordered. OK. I was done by this point. I let them know I was unhappy and why. He promised us a full refund. I said call me once it's posted. A week goes by. No call. So I call and speak with the owner. Do you know what she says? Why should I refund you? Well, said I, a) because you didn't know what you were doing and put a part in incorrectly, b) you held us up an additional week waiting for parts that had never been ordered, and c) your guy promised us a full refund. End of story. Do you know what she says to me? I was in Europe so I didn't know. How is that relevant? I said I'd like to go to Europe too. But I have plumbing problems. I haven't had a good shower in 2 weeks. What a flippant unprofessional response! These people aren't smart enough to be in business. And hopefully, they won't be much longer.
