Local convenience

Blade Runners is a solid local company that delivers high quality work without any nonsense. In recent years it has become increasingly difficult to find a company where you can actually speak to the owner. The last company we had required us to call California to discuss billing issues. The person in CA had no idea who we were or who our account manager was. It was impossible to resolve the matter.
