Signed up for $55 special & Senior Technician Kou Her was very professional, thorough, explained everything, & asked if we understood everything & if we had any questions. He answered all our questions & gave us honest advice. We expected a hard sell & an up-scaled bill, but the total bill ended up at $55.00. We were totally please with the work that Senior Technician Kou Her performed on our units. We will be having him come back again. He does excellent work! Peggy P.

Signed up at the Auburn Home and Garden for the 2 for 1 special for $55. They never called, so when I called they said I shouldn't have been offered it but that they would honor it. Bottom line; I had to call and schedule the appointments and they no showed twice and never called. I had to call them to see where they were after I had to take off work to wait for them. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I recommend Gilmore who came out the next day and totally did an awesome job.

I took an advantage of the 2 for 1 special that they had. Their technician came out and do the service for me. He did a very thorough job, he explained everything that he was gonna be doing beforehand which I really appreciate because I know nothing about air conditioners. I also appreciate all the time that he took, he didn’t rush me and answered all of my questions very thoroughly. When it’s time to come out for the spring part of the special I will be happy to see my technician again.

I have had previous experience...

I have had previous experience with big mountain heating and air, first time around they did an outstanding job, second time around was a repeat of the first time. I found their technician to be extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. Business has an outstanding reputation in my book. From 36 years of law enforcement, I trust these guys.

I called Big mountain and air and their response time was real good. The technician (can not remember his name) showed up on time and he had been very professional. Explained what needed to be done to the furnace so, I recommend him for future work and I want to thank Big Mountain and air very much for coming out and being prompt and thanks to the technician whose name I cant remember :)

I keep coming back to this company time and time again. The technician that came out yesterday was very respectful ,and he came out on a HOLIDAY! Mark got my air conditioner running again and I was extremely impressed with his honesty and his technical knowledge. He explained in detail to me, everything that he was doing! They arrive on time or they let you know if the schedule is going to change a few minutes. When they come in the house they are very respectful and really clean. Their office staff are great, and most importantly they do good honest work.

Very Polite, Clean, Concise. I had Alex M. out to work on my Air Conditioner. He is very thorough and did a great job. He not only services the AC but he is good at explaining things to the customer. I would recommend Big Mountain Heating and Air to anyone with AC/Furnace needs.

I hate to write bad reviews. But . . . I had a similar experience to what I would call at the least, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. At the worst: fraud.



I did their 2 for 1 special for $55.00. Our heater was clicking, they replaced a part for about 800 bucks (some circuit board or something--I am so swamped i had no time to compare and run around my self--so paid it and all worked fine.)



They came out to check the air conditioner a few weeks ago, and the tech was very nice. Our conditioner is on its last legs for sure, and is 20 years old. But when he said I needed four pounds of Freon and the cost approached $300, I stopped him.



"Your ad says fifty five bucks is the TOTAL COST" to get your system up and running. TOTAL COST," I emphasized. "It doesn't say it excludes Freon, etc. Now I owe nearly $400.00?" The tech called, Big Mountain basically told me to shove it, I asked for my $55.00 back and asked the tech to leave. Never heard from the company and no refund.



I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Either you advertise properly, or you if you don't you stand behind what you advertise and change the ad or you are fraudulent. There is no in between.

Clean, concise, great rates, honest people

This company took care of all of my heating and air needs. They called before they came out to let me know about their estimated arrival even though they were on time. Their office staff were very acommodating as well. I had to reschedule two times due to a hectic schedule. They did not get frustrated they srecheduled the appointment both times. I have already referred my friend to this company and told them about my experience with them.

Great Timely Service

My heat was out luckily it was a burn night, so we were able to have a fire. Called Big Mountain and they were able to fit me in the next day.Also, I called around and they're very affordable.

Great experience

My Big Mountain experience was great! I called on a $55 radio special expecting to get a high pressure salesman. The technician was polite and professional. He found some loose duct work in the attic, and didnt charge me a dime to re-attach it. I am more comfortable now and I have a free A/C tune-up coming this summer.

Wonderful Company!

When my heater was on the blinks I called for their $55 2 for 1 special to see if they could get the thing running again. The service man who came out called before he arrived and he was very professional. I had a wonderful experience! The service man said it was only a minor problem and he fixed it on the spot in less than an hour! I was so happy because everyone else kept telling me it was going to cost me around $400 to fix it! I could not be happier with the service Big Mountain provides! I will definitely refer them over and over again! I know who to call when I have to replace my system down the road!
