The owner drives the truck, and he is polite, friendly, courteous, helpful, and best of all, honest. If you are anywhere near Edmonds, WA, I recommend you use Best Towing.

I was really skeptical about which company to choose when I needed my car towed today, but after reading reviews about Best Towing I decided to call them.I am very happy that I chose them because the arrived quickly and took care of me! They were kind and straight to the point, very professional and listened to what I wanted. They followed me right to the service lot that I wanted and made everything very easy for me.I would absolutely suggest that you go with Best Towing if you want to work with honest business people.

I was envolved in a minor car accident today. While exchanging information with the driver I locked my keys in my car. This company quoted me 50 dollars. I agreed and 30 minutes later the employee arrived. He unlocked my vehicle and I asked if he took credit cards. He said he didn't. He said what ever I had would be ok since he was 15 minutes late. I gave him all the cash in my wallet which came to about 37 dollars. He was very generous and I would use this company again in a heart beat due to the customer service alone. Can't say enough about how impressed I was.

I love this company. 5 stars are not enough! They were swift and the price was the best. Super nice and took extra care in transporting my car. I have used other companies in the past but never has it gone more smoothly than with this company. My friends swear by this company when in need and I can't agree with them more! This is the only company I trust, and their tow truck is top notch for a safe journey. If you have a nice car or truck this is the outfit to use.

This is by far the best towing company in Seattle!!! I have used them twice and they are always professional and on time, if they are running late they will call and let you know, which NO other company does. Prices are really reasonable and always honored! Highly recommended!!!
