I called to have a repair on my garage door opener. When I told the owner what my door was doing, he had me go into the garage and told me over the phone what to do and I fixed it!!!! I think most would have come out and charged me for a simple fix. Cudos to you and your company. You are obviously a very honest man! I am glad you are in High Point and I will recommend you to everyone I can.
