This company claimed to be able to repair our truck but instead they replaced parts and billed us labor but left the truck in the same condition and with the same problem as it had when it arrived. When calling to speak to the mechanic they didn't speak english. Someone called back and said the issue was not repaired because they didn't have a part in stock and couldn't fix the problem. They basically just replaced parts to have something to charge but didn't actually fix the problem. VERY BAD SERVICE.

HORIBBLE! I took my car in becuase it was over heating and asked them to put a part in.... they told me that it would be done the day i brought it in and would only take an hour. When i got there, the mechanic that was there didn't speak any english and said that no one else would be there. So i left my car there over the weekend until wednesday of the next week. I picked up my car, payed the money and on my way home, my car over heated and i blew my head gaskets. I immediately called Beltran back. I again got a man who didn't speak any English. I asked several times to speak with someone who spoke English. Finally I got someone who spoke english and he asked to put me on hold and hung up on me. So I called back but the man said, " NO speak english, NO ONE here speaks english!" and he hung up on me. I waited a few more days and called back and spoke with "Dave". I explained to him that my car wasn't working still. He responded, " oh thats weird. Its not working??? It was working when it was here. Thats so weird." Again, i explained that my issue had not been resolved. I would never bring my car back here! I had HORRIBLE experience and paid money for no results. Now some of my dash lights don't work. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. I wouldn't even give them one star but i had to in order to post this review.
