Love this place! I go here with my girlfriends and we spend hours in the pools and hot rooms. The dining area could be improved with a proper menu and more organization around hours of operation and offerings.

I used to enjoy going to Bella Luna and they always had OK customer service and good value for the price. However, I received one of their scrub treatments recently and was beyond disappointed. The technician did not speak ANY english and she was extremely inappropriate. The was rough, throwing my body parts around like a dead meat and used extremely HOT water!!!! I tired to communicate to her that the water is HOT and she is too rough but she only spoke KOREAN back to me and did not even do ANYTHING about it! I felt so trapped the whole time and it was the worst spa experience! I will be reporting this place to better business bureau and will make sure someone goes there to check the credentials of the technicians who perform spa services.

When i told about my disappointment to the management they told me that the technicians were just tired after a long day of work and that why my services were so bad. Also, if someone whats to know I looked around and saw that they use the CHEAPEST products on people at their spa and they charge A LOT for the services.

I highly recommend to anyone if you are going to spend $130 on body scrub treatment please go to a place that will ensure you are treated with respect and wont give you "tired" staff. I asked for reimbursement but all they offered me is a free day pass $20 value to this HORRIBLE place....



I hope no one has such experience.....
