I smoke a difficult to find pipe tobacco and they always make sure they have it in stock for me. We drive from Louisiana one a week to stock up. Their beer selection is amazing and they are always happy to order something special for me.

went in to make an exchange / return had an argument with the manager who had to call the owners for verification and an OK to make the exchange

at the checkout I bought four more packs of cigarettes a whole nother piece that was 2199 and I was also charged once again for the replacement piece

when I started to tell the manager about being charged for the replacement that I was not supposed to be charged for the replacement

she got I rate and started yelling at me how this total was going to come out of her check because I made her mess up the total was now coming out of her check and she was upset with me

when I try to make my point that she had charged me for something that was supposed to be an exchange she faked her attack pitbull / Rottweiler dog on me until I left the store

a fellow employee make comments about having a gun going to shoot me and looking for a hit stick to beat me with.

this is what happens when you try to make a simple exchange this store I would caution anyone of going inside or ever purchasing anything from them. if you do make a purchase be satisfied with it because they will threaten you with bodily harm or an attack dog if you try to return it.
