Rude delivery guy Jamal Saul paid in full never delivered all furniture had to wait 3 visits delivery guy Jamal damaged home then lied about damage denied worse service will never purchase from this location again horrible service

When wife and I went into store the atmosphere was refreshing. Very polite and attentive staff courteous and knowledgeable. We ended up not only ordering the sleeper sofa we went for but





couldnt resist great sale and ordered a dining table and chairs as well. Set up delivery date and time then for about 2-3 weeks . Well there's where the problems started. About 3-4 days before delivery my wife and I were unsure if they were coming on a Thursday or Friday. So I called to ask if they could tell us. Well called about noon lady said she would have to call someone and ask they were on a delivery. Waited till around 6pm no callback from her so I called again before they closed.
