I would NOT recommend this tree service. I called them to come give me a quote to take down a pine tree that was dying. He came and left a quote, but just wrote it down on the back of a business card instead of a regular quote form. Since the price was reasonable, I scheduled a date for the removal for a Saturday morning. Saturday morning he called and moved it to the afternoon and said he would call me when he was on his way. He did not call ahead. Once they finally showed up, it didn' take more then a couple hours to take the tree down. They were also suppose to remove the stump with a grinder. Apparently, the guy who does the stump grinding couldn't be reached so they stood around for 45 minutes trying to call him. You would think they would have had this already scheduled with the guy who does the stump grinding, right? He also complained to me that the tree removal was more difficult then he thought it would be (it was a 30 foot pine) and that he underquoted the price, like he thought I would just volunteer to pay him more. I mean, the guy is suppose to do this for a living. He should know by now how difficult a pine tree is to take down with the sharp needles and the sticky pine sap. He also asked me how much the other quotes I had got were for. They also did not do a very good job of cleaning up the yard after themselves and left a lot of debris that I had to go rake up myself. I did not pay for the stump removal part of the quote since it had not been completed. When he left, he said he would call me the following Monday to reschedule the time for the guy to come out and do the stump removal. It has been several weeks and still no call. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Very unprofessional and did not complete the job as quoted. Good thing I did not pay for the part of the job not completed.
