This place is amazing! They were timely and did a fantastic job. He was quick and efficient, and there were no surprises. I will definitely be using them again!!!

Paul and his company know what good customer service is, and they offer it consistently and freely. From the initial phone call and appointment set-up through the end of the job, Paul and his office personnel were easy to work with, knowledgeable and accommodating, and Paul did a great job cleaning my carpets, including removing all spots. Paul's rates are reasonable (less than half that of a quote I received from another carpet cleaning company) and his work is exemplary. I repeatedly recommend this company with confidence.

I was very impressed with Paul. He is professional and personable. I bought a coupon online at Living Social and he called right away to set up an appointment. He called ahead of time to tell me he could be 20 minutes early if that worked for my schedule. Paul took great care in cleaning the carpets and explained the products he would use for the more heavily soiled areas. My stairs and sofa needed cleaning and he gave me a very reasonable price to clean those. I will use Paul again for my home and rental property. I wish I had known about him years ago!

My wife and I were very pleased with the carpet cleaning that was done by Ascend Carpet Care. We live in an apartment with very cheap carpet and after two years of wear and tear (and our two kids spilling everyhing on the ground) our carpet looked and felt pretty nasty. In one morning of work Paul was able to get all the spots out and had our carpet looking and feeling brand new. I no longer cringe when our 10-month-old crawls all over the ground. Paul was very professional and did a great job. Hire him with the confidence that the job will be done right!

Paul has cleaned the carpets in our church in the Highlands and we were all very pleased with his work. Now, you can imagine how many people and feet have trodden on those carpets over time. I did not think any carpet cleaner can make the carpets look fresh again. The day after the cleaning, when I came to church, there was a fresh smell waiting for me in the building. Then our blue carpets have regained their bright color and the church looked new!

We had the worst carpets on the planet... 4 kids, puppy, dog, and white (or at least that is what they once were). Paul did an amazing job on all the carpet and two couches. They all looked like new. I was so impressed with his diligence and quality of work. He is the only carpet cleaner I would recommend. His prices and quality of work beat the big chains hands down!!!!

Paul did a great job on the carpets in a just purchest town home, working us in between move out and painting and move in whole house looked great. Good service and value.

Before Paul cleaned our cream colored carpet it had dark spots and stains all over it.
