Signed contract put down deposit was told they would be down in two weeks. Two weeks later I called was told they are waiting for it to freeze. I told them I was not concerned about the grass, was told I would have to sign a waiver waited 24 hours for it to be emailed to me. Signed and delivered it back to them still waited at the three week mark I asked for a refund and was put on hold. Then I was told I was on the schedule for the next day yet when I put my deposit down and asked when they would be out she told me they don't get the schedule until the morning of. Very unprofessional thanks to them putting me off I found a better deal somewhere else. Don't use unless you like to give money to a business that is not concerned about the client ..
