Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Telephone operators and appointment schedulers lack basic knowledge to sufficiently deal with customers. On yellow page ad company asks specifically for you to "call early" for same day scheduling. I called at 8 am and scheduled a repair for my Kichenaid refrigerator. I was given a repair window between 1 and 5 pm. At 9am someone a third party company called to confirm my appt. I supplied them with the Model and serial number of the refrigerator and was told that the technician would arrive between 1 and 5. At 2pm the actual technician called, he asked some cursory questions and then informed me that they do not work on my type of refrigerator. When I called the company to ask why they had me wait for 6 hours before informing me that they could not work on it I was told that the people I had spoken with really did not know what appliances they worked on, they were instructed to just schedule the appointment. Unbelievable! Be warned!
