****BEWARE**** I have NEVER been treated so rudely by a business in my life! I called to receive the special listed on their website for a 4 room cleaning for $89.95. This price is a scam to attract callers. I was told I would get a new quote from the technician AFTER they arrive. I asked if it would be close to the original price if I didn't upgrade or need additional work done. He scoffed and told me it wouldn't be close to the $90 price he gave me over the phone "if I actually wanted my carpets cleaned" and that nobody in their right mind would clean a house for a "measly" $90. So when I wanted to reconsider scheduling my appointment, he went off on me throwing insults and saying "oh yea, did you like that one?" and laughing. This guy is a real head case! I should have read all of the negative reviews before I called. He has all one star ratings and would probably receive less if possible!! I was shaking after my phone call with him for how he spoke to me.

Don't waste your time. Their coupon for 4 rooms (any size) for $89.95 is a scam. They came to my house (2000 sq feet, only 1400 of it is carpeted) and told us it would be $270 instead. Our carpet had no major stains, just needed to be cleaned. Then they wanted to charge $4 per stair!!!! Will tell everyone I know never to use this disreputable company.

Showed up on time. Very professional. Came out in company van and wore uniforms. Carpet looks great and its been weeks and my spots have not returned. That's a first.
