This was our first time using Ambrose. We called them after hours and they called right back and made extra effort to squeeze us in first thing the next morning when our AC broke on so far one of the hottest days this year. My furnace broke down of course on the coldest day, they came right out that day, I needed a new furnace, they had information on many efficiencies to Choose from. The next day I had a beautiful new 96 % furnace in with humidifier, air cleaner, duct work, the quality is topnotch. Could not be more pleased great company. If you need any furnace needs call this place!!!
