Terrible service. Took nearly six month for the job to be completed. Said they needed a part. We had bought a specialty drain and they installed it incorrectly. They also said they left a voice mail and Facebook message that no one in our house never actually received. I use Google voice and have access to every voice-mail I've ever received and there is NOT a message from them. Waited over six months for them to fix the incorrectly installed drain. The drain is still not installed correctly and does not work after them "fixing" it. We completely wasted money on a drain upgrade they didn't know how to install. We also now have a remodeled bathroom with a soaker tub that drain doesn't work. We were told we wouldn't be charged for the drain yet we have been. Very unprofessional and obviously not knowledgeable. I would never recommend them to anyone. I can't wait to tell everyone how awful they are.
