I called at 11:00 a.m. hoping for an appointment before the end of the week. I was told that the repairman was in my area and could be there in a couple of hours. Great! Twenty minutes later, the repairman called and said he would be at my house in 10 minutes. Greater! He had the washer fixed in 15 minutes. GREATEST! Jorge was knowledgeable and courteous.
