With Allstar Chimney Sweep, the stellar service begins from your first call or email. Our scheduling office is very knowledgeable and can find an appointment time to fit your schedule. Appointments are available between 8-5 Monday through Saturday, with afterhours emergency service available for most neighbourhoods.
Once your appointment is scheduled, a reminder call the day before and your technician’s call when we’re on the way mean our visit will be a convenient portion of your day. For our standard service call, you can expect us to show up right on time and take about an hour. Our customers often have questions they would like to discuss and we’re happy to take extra time with you.
Upon arrival, we’ll lay out protective equipment to ensure no mess ever enters your home. Our chimney vacuums with HEPA filters are designed to capture even the smallest soot particles as we sweep them from your chimney flue, damper and fireplace. As guests in your home, we tread lightly and offer our no-mess guarantee.
After your technician inspects your fireplace and chimney, you will receive a written report showing the service completed, as well as any areas that might need attention. Your technician can share tips for maximum enjoyment of your fireplace and answer any questions you might have. If there are any issues discovered during the inspection, your technician will show you photographs of the area and go over any recommendations. You’ll be all set for a safe burning season!

They gave us a very reasonable estimate and said that since it was the busy season we would probably have to wait about two months. Luckily, they squeezed us in and were able to do the work, so we were able to burn a nice beautiful fire!
