Rude Contractors & Total Rip Off's

I called this number and left my information for a very small drywall job and someone took over 12 hours to first call me back. Then a guy called me and quoted me a price of $975.00 to hang ONE SINGLE small sheet of drywall of 3x4 feet I told him. Whereas I'd been quoted from $200-$400 for the same size job from several other drywal contractors. I was so astounded with the price that he'd quoted me that I thought that I didn't hear him correctly, so I called him back to verify that is the amount that he'd said to me and he said "Yes $975". I went on to ask him what of that amount of that $975.00 was going to be labor and how much of that is he charging for a small piece of drywall and one single roll of installation, and then he HUNG UP ON ME !!!! I called him back and his cell phone went straight to voicemail, and I left him a message saying " stop trying to rip people off, you know very well that the materials alone for such a small piece of drywall for that job cost will somewhere near $25.00 at any Home Depot Store". See, because he knew what a scam he was attempting to pull and he couldn't answer me correctly so he chose to just hang up on me instead of answering my questions about a quote which I very well had the right to ask him about.

Don't believe the "REASONABLE RATES" statement that they have quoted within their Yellow Pages Ad !

See, because he knew what a scam he was attempting to pull and he couldn't answer me correctly because I asked an expert who told me that those items for such a small job only went for about $22 tops at any Home Depot store.
