It is HOT and naturally my AC goes out NOW. I called Air Flow because of the better business bureau reviews. They called me 1/2 hour before (so I could stay at work until then). They offered me several options for the repair and upkeep of the AC unit, but made it clear it was my choice which route to go. No hard sell. I appreciated that.

I would never recommend Air Flow Design for two reasons. They never informed us to register the unit within 90 days to get our warranty extended from 5 years to 10 years. When we moved into our brand new home, there was no paperwork of any kind given to us or attached to the unit. Air Flow Designs came out to our home two weeks after we moved in to fix a problem they created, and again, never mentioned anything about registration or the 90 day deadline. We cannot register something we don’t know about and for which we have no paperwork.

Secondly, since at 5.5 years we were now out of warranty (because we weren’t told about a registration for the extended 10 years) Air Flow quoted $850 to fix the AC, which was $300 higher than another company, so we chose the other company. That other company not only fixed the AC for $300 less, but they said that Air Flow should have done the registration when it was installed and that the duct work had been installed incorrectly.

Called them at 10am on a hot hot sunday and the technician (Jules) arrived by 2pm. He was friendly, professional, and it was obvious that he is passionate about what he does and loves the company. He kept talking about what a great group of people he works with. Turned out I had a blown motor. He didn't have the exact motor on the truck, but since the parts store was closed he was able to rig up a temporary motor to keep me cool. Another service repairman, Joe, returned several days later to take out the temporary one and install the new one. Turned out it was under warranty, So I only had to pay a couple hundred dollars of labor. From start to finish this was a superb experience in both customer service and technical know how.

great company. great people. I've been using them for over 15 years and recently had my system replaced by them. I was on a budget, and they helped me obtain financing and get it in the next day at a great price. My neighbor replaced his through a different company with the same brand and paid $2000 more for the same system! You can't go wrong qith Air Flow

I had Air Flow come out and replace all 5 of the systems in my home. From the estimate to the work, it was an all around great experience. The salesman was fantastic and very knowledgable. He took the time to explain the different systems and components and helped me decide exactly what made sense for my budget and my home. They sent out 2 teams for 2 days and got it done flawlessly. I got it inspected a week later and had no issues. The inspector even commented that Air Flow is a great company to do business with--- that they really do things the right way.

AC broked and I was swearting my $$$ off. They were so busy they couldn't come till next morning. But when Andres got there he fixed me right up real good. Smart guy, real nice too. House is real cool now. I'm only giving you four stars because I had to sweat a day for you to come out, haha....but I guess if you are full up this must mean they good company. Good job Andres.

I'm a property manager, and I love when a homeowner will choose Air Flow to do the work. I've never had a problem with them in 20 years of management. I always know that I can turn to Air Flow for consistent, quality, honest work. They have offer service agreement that's second to none, and I wish I could convince all my owner's to purchase it-- it covers everything and just makes everyone's lives easy (tenants, mine, and owners).

I moved in a brand new home in 2008. After 6 years of struggling with ventilation and mold issues and numerous other A/C companies, I called Air Flow Designs on the insistance of my neighbor who is a contract holder with them. They were out the next day, and found that the issue wasn't obvious (and instead of telling me "it was fine" (it wasn't) like the other companies did, the technician (who was great btw), called in his supervisors for help. Air Flow Designs, was the first company who finally got it right. They really got into the crux of it and figured out what was wrong... their guys are great "detectives" and they really care about fixing stuff right, the first way. Turns out, it wasn't the AC system at all, but a problem with the vent fan that the original company installed in my attic. No more "wet house". No more mold. THANK YOU Larry and Barry!! You all have gained a customer for life!

Do Not Use this company if you want your home heated! We had a brand new heating and cooling system put into our house two years ago. Every time it got cold we had no heat. We called Air flow out to see what the problem was on numerous occasions and they couldn't find anything. Finally TWO years later someone realized they did not run the wire to the thermostat to allow the heat to work. This company is stupidity at it's finest! Oh, and all they had to say for themselves is sorry you had no heat for two years. Pathetic!

I don't trust contractors so I was checking up behind them every step of the way. They applied for the correct permits with the county for the a/c and the electrical that had to be modified. They had it inspected by the county when they were done. They also registered my equipment for me with the manufacturer--- yep! I checked on that too. So, I guess I would give them five stars for being legit because they didn't even know I was checking up on them. My power bill went down too, but not sure they can have credit for that since a new unit from anyone would have been better than my old junker. But they did claim I would save money on the power bill, and I did, so that was true.

Air Flow Designs came out and installed a new AC system for us. From the sales guy to the install team, they were freidnly, courteous, and very professional. I did a lot of research and found the Air Flow sales guy really knew his stuff...and even still he prevented me from being "taken" by a bigger more popular company. I ended up with a better rated system for a comparable price. I couldn't be more happy that I chose them and would reccommend them to anyone.

I have been an Air Flow Customer for 21 years. I have lived in two homes and have had A/F maintenance agreements on both homes. I have used the agreements several times and twice I have had major work accomplished for a savings of over $800 each time! No hassle from Air Flow and the technicians came right out. Having a Maintenance Agreement allows you to "jump ahead of the line' for service calls from those that do not have the Air Flow agreements. The service personnel are great! From the person answering the phone and setting up the appointments to the technician. I would highly recommend Air Flow to anyone! Thanks Air Flow! r, Bob

I didn't know who to call. My neighbor had a horror story with an AC company she used so I asked my boss and he said these are his AC people for 30 years. The girl who set my appointment was sweet and the guy who came out was polite and did his best to keep a neat apperance. It was super hot and he was sweating like a dog working out there on my AC in the blaring sun with no shade in sight. When I saw how hot his job was I felt bad I complained I was dying inside in the shade of my house to him when he came to the door LOL. My house is cool again and it was relatively painless except for the bill. Not cheap, but getting something on my house fixed never is, joys of home ownership. I recommend these people.

I recently decided to pick Air Flow Designs to install a new AC unit. The salesman was a big (and I mean BIG) guy, but he knew everything. He was the most knowledgeable of all the people who came out to bid. The guys who came to put it in was great and cleaned up and showed me how to use the thermostat. Overall I was happy, now I am just waiting on getting that lowere utility bill now that I have my high seer unit in to be really happy.

My AC was broke, they came out and looked at it and told me all I needed was a burnted out contact piece replaced. They couldve charged me a bunch for stuff because I don't know about AC's but they didnt. I feel like you can trust them, at least the service guy I got anyways. His name is Andres.

These guys installed the AC when the house was build, so when it broke I give them a call. They came out the same day and fix the problem. I recomment to use them.

I just had Airflow install a new A/C unit. Mike and Pedro were great. Call them first when you need a new A/C.

I called Air flow out to my house to fix the jacked up hack job one of the cheap guys in town did. Live and learn, there's a reason mommy tells you you get what you pay for. Right when I met the Air flow service guy I knew he was going to figure it out and fix it right. I will only use them from now on.

I am hosting a dinner party tonight for 12 people and I was horiffied to find my air conditioniner decided to break this morning. I was worried nobody would come until Monday. I called Air Flow Design and they said they could come out today. The young man was polite and knowledgable and just a very nice young man in general. He fixed the air conditioner in no time at all. I'm VERY happy. Thank you Air Flow, you saved my party!

the service guy came out and didn't look like a convict or have plumber crack, he fixed the ac and it's cool again. no problems with this company, i would recommend.
