Provided by YP.comWhen we built our house, Hal, the business owner, was going to talk with us about putting a high efficiency model in our house. Before we new it, they installed a standard model with no discussion. We also spoke with the workers about adding an extra line into the bonus area but never received a response or were able to get the work done even though we were willing to pay for it. Very poor communication on what we wanted done.
