Thank you affordable glass. I appreciate you coming out to my business to do the job. They also waived half of my insurance deductible so I only paid $50 to get glass replaced. Happy customer

Just go anywhere else online (especially Google reviews and Yahoo reviews) to get a more accurate interpretation of this business. This is one of the most foul, disgusting places anyone would want to do business with. The few good reviews (esp on Yahoo) are made by the employees themselves trying to save what little face they have left. Absolute nightmare. USE IF YOU LIKE ABUSE!

I had a SCHEDULED appointment at Noon, When they call my phone at 11:40, I was on another line. When I called back @ 11:45 to verify I and received a VOICE MESSAGE--

No response called again and again-

NO CALL BACK no ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

When I finially go through the NEXT day- I was told they could NOT FUFUILL their obligation and to stop calling

What kind of customer service is this, that you commit to an appointment but not to the customer especially when the customer continues to call and does not even receive the COURTSEY of a return a call? In todays world word of mouth means everything- and so does the proof. So BEWARE!!
