My experience with Adrian Valdez and his work has been great. To answer on the comment before; Companies will tell you what you want to hear to get your business, the cracking noise can be many factors beyond the work done. Adrian always corrects any mistake done by the company and his honest in his work. I give him a 99.9% rate of success. Theres always that .1 unsatisfied customer due to defects beyond the floor. Im just a past observer of his work.

Warning - Adrian Valdez Flooring is a very difficult company to work with, avoid them and all the headaches that follow. The quality of their work is poor, and if you point it out will just be told "that is how it is done". They also do not clean up the job site afterwards. They were recommenmded by Abby Carpet in Santa Maria, and I had a good expierence with them but have to question their decesion to recommend poor companies and wonder why.



An Update: 8/23/13 The floor has only been in since February 2013 and now it creaks in several places. I spoke with other flooring companies and have been told this should not happen with a proper installation, so to avoid heahaches do not hire Adrian Valdez Flooring and since they were recommended by Abby Carpet be careful.
