Not every serve will be successful, especially where the subject of service will not come to the door or pretends not to be there, because he or she is expecting someone to knock on his door with legal papers. We guarantee and document five attempts to serve papers. This complaining individual was offered a few more attempts at no charge charge as a courtesy. He repeatedly claimed that the court would charge him for a new court date, which is incorrect. We checked with the court clerk. He then claimed that he would have to go in to the court to make a court date, but the court clerk verified that all he had to do was the request with the old forms in the mail. We made the attempts we agreed to do. We lived up to our promises. His telephone calls were an unending stream of incoherent abuse.
