Had a roof leak and received a referral from a co-worker for Academy Roofing. Sam Kim, his Father, and their crew came out to my Davis home at the appointed time. They were professional and courteous from beginning to job completion. They diagnosed the problems, removed the damaged roofing materials, took pictures of the damage, showed me the pictures so I didn't have to climb up on the roof, and then repaired the damage better than new. They explained why the issues occurred based on a defective original design. It has since rained in Davis and our family home has no leaks. Their craftsmanship is top notch and the whole crew takes great pride in their work. Academy roofing cleaned up all their construction materials and swept up all their dust. I have not had a better home contractor ever. Price was more than reasonable for the materials and hours spent on the job. They also did a whole roof inspection, replaced some cracked tiles, reattached some that had slid out of place, all resulting in a very happy homeowner. I could not be more pleased with the roof job that Academy Roofing completed.
