I had called them to fix my water heater leak. They came and saw and said it needs to be replaced. They gave a quote for 600$ and I said i will cross check for cheaper prices. I found another plumber for a better rate. They send me a bill for 104$ and say thats their consultation price. Well, thats the price you have to pay when you call them for a quote. Please let the customer knows in advance so that we can plan it better. You may be a good agency but if you are not transparent, you will not be able to survive in the long run.
