I called and spoke with Mr. Williiam Kelley to order a mailbox to replace our old one. He asked me to send pics and said it would take a few days to get in. I sent pics. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything, I texted him on a Fri. to see if he had received the pics and asked the status. He replied that it would be there Mon. After another week of not hearing anything, I again texted to ask the status. This time i was told it would be there tomorrow. I called him to clarify and he said he would be at my house to install it the next day. He did not show up or call. I texted him again and asked him to respond and he did not. I now have to order from another company after a month of waiting. Poor customer service.
