This is one of the most unprofessional companies I have have ever dealt with. I had a repairman come out from ABCO and look at an appliance. While the repair man was in my home he repeatedly said that he did not want to fix the item. I explained to him that I purchased the extended warranty and I need it fixed. He left and told me he would call me the following day. I did not receive a return phone call. After about of week of not hear back from the company, I called and spoke with there customer service representative, D. I explained to her the issue and she stated that she would call me back. Again I didn't receive a call back. I followed up with several calls and left voice messages which were never returned. Approx. three weeks (26 days later to be exact) I called again and spoke with D. She was extremely unprofessional, rude and argumentative. I wound up calling the warranty company and requesting a new repair company. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company. The service and customer service is as bad as it gets.

After 4 weeks, still waiting for them to come back and repair my fridge. The part should have been already in (after 5 days), but obviously it was forgotten and they never ordered it way back then. Have been calling them for two days, but nobody got back to me yet. (well, it is supposed to be a 24 hour service). Very dissapointed. Customer care representative was not friendly. I would give it no star, it that was an option.
