Between me and my husband, we have used AJ Alarms for both business and home security for over 30 years. Initially we were very satisfied with quality of equipment and service. However, in the past several years, there has been a marked decline in their services. I have called three times in 10 days to try and get a service call established. Never a return call or a suggested appointment time from any of the three employees to whom I spoke. Excuses included the flu and the "rain". In my opinion, a security company should make "security" number one and response time a priority. I'm looking for a new company.
