called into service because my hot tub had turned into a skating rink they asked questions and set up an appointment on Friday the 27th the service tec dave was there on time and fixed the problem and gave me a lesson on how the tub works I was very happy with the end result

We recently bought a Sundance Marin hot tub from New England Spa in Natick and David Parkhurst took good care of us and made us a good deal. We were eager to get our new spa as soon as possible and David made it happen hassle free. We're satisfied customers!

My husband and I purchased a spa from the Auburn store. Denise was our sales representative. She was very informative, knowledgable and answered all of our questions. After our spa arrived, we went into the Natick store for our orientation. We spoke with Lais, who was also very informative. She gave us everything we needed and explained in detail what we needed to do to take care of our new spa. We will definitely recommend either store to anyone who is interested in purchasing a new hot tub!

We are thoroughly enjoying our perfect spa. Fabulously helpful salespeople, timely delivery and installation, could not be more satisfied. Went back to the store for supplies and was patiently educated about spa maintenance. NE Spas was recommended by 2 friends, I would recommend without any hesitation. The tub we picked with Norman's guidance is perfect for our family of 5, including 2 tall teen boys w/ long legs. We all fit, and last night there were 8 teens in the tub having a wonderful time. As a mom, I am delighted that since phones are not near the tub, they are spending time actually talking to each other! Imagine, 20-30 mins with no texting. Would highly recommend!

Bought a swimspa from them - had a minor issue and they went out of their way to make it right. That to me is the hallmark of great customer service. I highly recommend them.

Me and my girl friend bought a tub from them. She called three times and I called twice for service,. we never got a call back , Fianlly I talked to some woman said she was the Genral Manager, she was very rude. She talked down to me and acted all nice while basicly saying to bad, you are screwed, I threatend to call the manufacturer . She said call they didnt care even gave me a number. Then she told me it would be 2 weeks before I got a call back, if i was lucky. We paid $10,000 for a hot tub and cant get it fixed. I finally had to call another place they came out in two days and fixed it .

I made the mistake of buying a hot tub from a place in braintree. Big mistake I ended up seeling it on ebay at a huge loss. After that I ended up buying one from New England Spas and I Love it and them they know what they are doing and have the best tubs

Bought me second hot tub from them, They are great, the best spas and the customer service is fantastic!

I got a hot tub in 1998 from them, I love it ! I just had my first service call and after 11 years and they where great, showed up on time too.
