Beautiful new location. Store was spacious and all items we needed were in stock. Checking out was a lengthy process. We had to get in two different check out lines and even then getting items from the back room never happened. Took a floor model item as well as pillow covers that were currently out. With a few adjustments this pottery barn could run much more smoothly.
