Great Butcher shop! The choice of meats is amazing. The staff is always helpful. They know their cuts and how to tell you exactly how to prepare and fix. We have been very happy with all the products we have purchased. We have had the brats, flank steak, bacon,pork chops, ground beef and strip steaks. They also serve, breakfast and lunch. It is a great place if you are looking for antibiotics and hormone free and humane treatment of your animals.
