Not a yoga type person but now I guess I am - totally amazed- this has changed my life- Prof 45 yo

Best yoga for everybody. I am an athelete, my wife WAS a couch potatoe. We both go and get what we need. Teachers are top notch. Lots of personal attention and the cleanest facility I have seen of this type. You have to try it once - and you will love it!
