I had an horrible experience at this enterprise location. I reserved a standard car for a week to drive to atlanta for the Thanksgiving holiday. Upon arrival at enterprise the representative showed me to the rental car, which was in desperate need of a car wash. The inside and outside were filthy. There was a random liquid spilled in multiple compartments, food crumbs on the floors and seats, and dog hair all over the seats. Worst of all, the car reeked of cigarette smoke that someone had attempted to masked with air freshener. When I brought these complaints to the rep, his only solution was to pay and extra $150 to upgrade to a "premium" vehicle (aka a Chrysler 300) or wait and hour or so for them to clean the vehicle. Being that I am a college student and needed to stick to a strict itinerary, I neither had the money or time for his alternatives to driving this car. Therefore I accepted this horrendous vehicle. Nevertheless, as I drove of the lot the car began to sound a service alarm, so I immediately returned the car. The same rep claimed that the car only needed an oil change, in which he personally had done at a shop before my arrival. So again I left enterprise in the rented vehicle and went to pick up a friend to take to the airport. As we drove to the airport the smell of the car began to take a toll on us both. We both experienced headaches, then I began to have an allergic reaction to all of the animal hair the car. Things got to the point were I could no longer drive this vehicle. Thus, I returned this car to the airports enterprise location. Thankfully, they did exchange the car for a another vehicle, although they did try to place me in a compact size car until I strongly complained about the size of the vehicle and the fact that a paid for a standard size car. In the end they placed me back in the same model as the original car, thankfully this one was without all of the problems of the car the Clarksville location rented me.

Staff is overwhelmed with business every time I come in. I rent once a month for my out of town needs and even though I reserve a car at least two weeks in advance, the selection of cars is slim. The last car I rented had a foul odor with large stains on the seats. It was the only car available so I had no choice!

I have nothing but good things to say about Enterprise. I have rented from several different locations in the Nashville area and the staff is always friendly and courteous. The staff at the Clarksville Pike location is superb and have become like family since I am in there almost monthly for a rental. Kudos to Clarksville Pike for always making my rental experiences hassle free!
