Have dealt with this company for several years and have just this year put in 2 A/C units (1 1/2 ton and 2 ton) and have been up to now reasonably pleased. Recently made an appt. to have 2 furnaces checked for the winter and have not been pleased with the response. They did not keep the set appt. and when called several times to fine out why, they do not return my calls. Bad business not to respond to customer who has spent more than 7K in 2016 with the company! Guess all the new construction in Nashville is taking president over old customers these days! Too bad for those of us maintaining older homes.
