My son is 3 years old,he has been in 2 different daycares prior to this one. When I enrolled him into Joyland I was comfortable about the location and mainly the hours. He has been there a year and throughout that year this center is an disaster.. Lets start with the owner/director:Her attitude is absolutely unexplainable.She never answers her cell nor business phone, she doesnt open up until 7:30-8:00 in the mornings, for breakfast she serves them macaroni-n cheese with blueberries which Ive never seen in my life for breakfast. Her classrooms are cluttered and she is never there in the center. The teachers who works with her are sweet but Joyce is very unprofessional. She tries to make you make your payments with a credit/debit card bc shes NEVER in the building. Her hours are from 6am-6pm but she claims she has flexible hours which the sign doesnt say. I wouldnt recommend this center to no one.. she also explained to me with a third incident concernin my son that she has no control over what happens in the classroom which I wouldnt want any parent to go through a bad experience.
