I've been to Bobo's Indoor Playground a few times and during all of my visits the owner was very cold. My children and I were never greeted and during all of my visits I felt uncomfortable. During my third and final visit, I went with a friend (she invited me and I hesitantly went) and about 5 minutes into our visit, the owner approached my friend and I to tell us that our children were "too loud" and a few customers left because of our children. My friend and I were appalled and disgusted as this was pure malarkey! Her unprofessional demeanor and behavior confirmed for me once again, that this place is not a friendly or welcoming environment for my family and me. I have been to a plethora of indoor playgrounds and immediately greeted with a cordial smile. I've also been in several indoor playgrounds with screaming children who are simply having the time of their lives. Telling us that our kids are too loud is comparable to telling a child not to scream on a roller coaster or not to eat the frosting part of his or her cake. If one is going to operate an indoor playground geared to children, then he or she must obtain the temperament, personality, and heart needed to be around children. He or she must also be prepared to embrace visits from all age groups and cultural backgrounds. Bobo's will never receive a visit fro my family again.

thanks melissa42013! That was so mean! How could they even say to call the owner? That they cant trust their employees enough to leave the keys to deal with problems like this is stupid! I'll look elsewhere for fun day trips...

Bobo's play place in Nashua has a "claw machine" that you try and grab stuffed animals. A couple weeks ago my son wanted badly to win the big moose in the back. He had one quarter and I gave him another one really doubting it was possible since it was tucked in tight. Well low and behold he got a great grasp on it and pulled that giant moose all the way to the opening but it was too tall to fit! We put two more dollars in trying to get it out! It literally was towering over the opening but there was NO WAY it could possibly come out. The woman working told my son that if we called the owner she could open the machine and take it out. Well she wouldn't and only offered to give us the 50 cents back! And now the moose is tucked back in to tease another kid! I'm sorry and maybe overly sensitive but that is wrong and honestly just plain mean! My son was soooo excited to have "won" it and come to find out its just a rotten joke played on an eight year old!
