Customer service is what sells foremost prior to the products themselves. This store's customer service is down the drain. Went in to purchase a battery in a thunderstorm. The lights went out and they just wanted to leave ASAP. I understand that part but give me the courtesy that I deserve. Without customers, you aint got no business, no business - no money; no money - no jobs. There were 3 people, one that was the manager (a bald guy) a lady (not friendly) and a guy wearing earings that looked like he hates the job (sees you like crap & treats you the same way) I wanted to buy wiper blades and the guy didn't even give me a chance. I hope someone from Autozone reads this because you need to work on your customer service! I will NEVER go back to this place again. There is a new Autozone close to Walmart where the customer service is great! This one sucks!!!!
