The owner Barry goes out of his way to help the community. It is very rare to find a store that provides outstanding service, with great prices and does it all with a Smile.

Provided by YP.comAdvertised same day ring sizing, so I took her connected engagement/wedding ring with a ring guard in. They charged me $165. The owner sized the 2 rings fine, but didn't attach the two rings back together or put the guard back on. After I insisted he do that, he did. When I got them back, they were not aligned, but put together crooked. There was excess solder very visible on the rings and a large nick on each ring. Six weeks later the ring guard fell off. So I took them to a reputable jeweler, Thalheimers, at 3200 Tamiami Trail, and they corrected Paradise's shoddy work and did a very good job. Contact me at [email protected] for further information.
I looked up the original envelope for this job. The job envelope shows the following: “separate rings, remove horseshoe spring, size both rings”. The point of a horseshoe spring (ring guard) in the ring is to make it fit when it's too big. If I sized the rings to fit properly, I wouldn't be putting back the ring guard. Since the job was to separate the rings, there would be no point in welding them back together after sizing them. If he wanted them sized, and together, I would have just sized them as one in the first place. but since he asked to have them re-joined, and the horseshoe spring put back, I did. Regarding the statement about “excess solder”. I don’t use solder. With the laser welder, I weld the gold with no need of solder.If the rings were crooked and scratched, I wonder why he took them and signed the form saying that he was satisfied with the work. In any case, if he’d like to come back in, I’ll be glad to give him a full refund for the work I did. Thanks for reading this.
