I will have to give Neapolitan car wash and detailing from a scale 1 to 10 a perfect 10 I took in my wife's car this morning and gave me the feeling of a brand-new car again I can't be any happier with the service provided by management and staff thank you very much Neapolitan car wash would recommend to everyone again thank you so much Neapolitan car wash

Horrible experience. Paid for full detail and was very disappointed. Wax was left on the car, dash was still dusty, and when they were done with the car they park it outside where there is construction going on, so car was filthy when I picked it up. I told management about it and NOTHING WAS DONE. There went $200.00. Total bull. Very unhappy

OMG the changes are TERRIBLE! ... We have been using Neapolitan since it opened with the original owner's so that must be at least ten or eleven years, new owner's new program and my last time there ... The new owner's implemented all new procedures and they are TERRIBLE to say the least. Looking for a new car wash after all these years ;-(

Top of the line cleaning service for my automobile. Went there after a friend referred it to me and was just simply amazed. The quality of their services is outstanding and their customer service is just great. Prices are very affordable, depending on what you need. Very satisfied.

I made an appointment last week for a $100 auto detailing. I called this morning to check on my drop off time. First I was told I didn't have an appt and that they are very busy. I said I am too and that's why I made the appointment last week with you for today. She said oh yeah I do have an appt for you bring it in at noon. I arrive at noon and was told by the detail mgr that I didn't have an appt and they are very busy and they can't fit me in today and I need to go make an appt. I said we have a problem. I'm not a fit in and how many times do I have to call for an appt. The mgr said they wrote down the wrong car. I told him how is that my fault and that I shouldn't be treated this way when I'm spending a $100! I can go to another place and be treated better for a $100!
