Dr, Laon Lam is very professional and has great way with patients. I was treated for fractured foot and was happy with service and professionalism of this office and Dr. Loan Lam.

Dr Loan is an excellent physician. She is well rounded and very personable. I know a lot of her patients and have heard nothing but praise for her. I have worked with her and she is very knowlegeable and capable. I find the previous comments which degrade her and praise another podiotrist curious. Dr Lam performed bunion surgery which was supposed to have a recovery time of 6 weeks. Eight months later the foot was painful, swollen, made me limp and the toe was misshapen. Another surgeon had had to re-operate to try and correct Dr Lam's screw up. When I obtained the x rays she had made it worse than it originally had been. Dr. Loan Lam is not exactly the Dr. Lam that I wanted to consult for my ankle injury. However, I approached her by mistake and still regret for the same. It was Dr. Kevin Lam who treated my injury and made it better.

I went to her for a treatment which happened by mistake. I was actually supposed to consult Dr. Kevin Lam, who happens to be an excellent podiatrist. I however understood the mistake after my friend told me so. She was not at all knowledgeable which was the reason why I had to rethink whether it was the correct doctor or not.

I was told to see Dr. Lam by my friends but I was supposed to see Dr. Kevin Lam and ended up on Dr. Loan Lam's office. BEWARE they are not the same practice and I'm very glad I found the right Dr. Kevin Lam before surgery. Figured this out when I went to my primary care doctor for lab work prior to surgery and he put a stop to the surgery and sent me to the correct Dr. Lam.

I've read rave reviews about a Dr. Lam in Naples so I went to see this doctor. However, I found out she is not THE Dr. Lam that I've been reading about, sad to say I only found this out after I received inadequate treatment from Dr. Loan Lam. Very misleading info since they have the same family name.

She is unprofessional and is definitely not the Dr. Lam that my friends and family told me about. She is not even related to the better know Dr. Kevin Lam who is the podiatrist that is talked about in town. She preys on this confusion, there only one Dr. Kevin Lam, do not be fooled like I was. I was glad when I found the real Dr. Lam, he answered my questions and surgery went great, I can't thank him enough for this care.

She was extremely impatient and did not care to listen to my problem. I had to wait for a long time and even after that she did not attend to my leg pain properly. I had to consult another podiatric specialist in Naples.

Dr. Loan Lam didn't listen to me properly while I explained about my heel pain. She asked me a bunch of questions but while I answer, sometimes she listen, sometimes she don't. Isn't it important to listen about the complaint before getting to the diagnosis. - NOT RECOMMENDED
