he naples office has been so wonderful. Any new patient appt can be nerve racking. They put us at ease and made us feel so welcomed to the practice. Stephanie at the front desk was able to answer all our financial questions, helped accomadate us with our busy schedules. Dr. Alford was so kind & informative and had a treatment plan ready to go at the end of our appt. Holly the nurse was just as informative as Dr. Alford and was able to help us with our infertility meds. Overall a wonderful clinic. Would never go anywhere else.

Naples branch: Poor quality of care! Disorganized office. Takes advantage of our lack of knowledge. After doing IVF with them twice, and finding out things from friends they never offerred that could have saved us time and money, I realized even more what a waste of a lot of money! Unprofessional staff talked to us like we were kids or idiots. Aweful experience for a normal office. Horrendous experience when going through something so delicate as IVF.
