Quoted price on phone then charged $15 more. Cash only??? Rip off. Took 4 hours! Worst grooming we have ever had. Does not know how to groom!!

Bad experience. Would never go back. Staff, when I went, seemed to lack the skills and patience necessary for doing grooming on dogs. Worst experience I have had in over 15 years of taking my dog for grooming.

I have been going to Groomingdales of Naples for years and they have always pampered my sweet dog beautifully. She comes out looking better than I could ever imagine. I also love the Boutique with unique pet products for pets and their people. The fact that they carry Zignature and Honest Kitchen dog foods which I use is another plus. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Top notch service! Groomingdales also donates time and grooming services to animal rescues that save dogs and cats from euthanasia that look dreadful and they puff and fluff and make them pretty and ready for a new forever home. They are really giving of themselves and the plight of homeless animals in our community. Kudos to them!

I went to post this today and was surprised to see the unhappy person below! I've experienced nothing but kindness and caring for my dog in the several years I've been going here. She has long hair and I would much rather have time spent giving her a good cut and attention rather than rushing her through. It's never taken hours either. I've never seen more than a few pups in there at a time and never experienced too many dogs to handle or whatever this person has said before me! The owner is very friendly and also serves our community with compassionate dog rescue as well! I'm sure you'll not find a more nicer person in this community to groom and care for your beloved pet! My dog always comes back to me happy with a spring in her step and looking adorable.

Although my shih tzu had been going here for awhile, we were told not to come back. Don't know why, but I am actually excited about not going back for these reasons. Whenever I asked why it took 8 hours to bathe my dog, they said it was because they were busy. Whenever I asked what they do for the 8 hours, I was told it just took longer to groom my dog because of all his hair. Not true. Up north, my dog is groomed in less than 2 hours. This center takes in too many dogs. So while one dog is getting cut, the other dogs are sitting on all the excess hair on the floor. This place is nothing more than a conveyor belt with too many dogs that they can't handle. Not a nice place and the people were even less friendly. I would not bring a dog here.
