I switched my service to Germain BMW with the last car I bought because of George Donavan . He was my service rep with 2 cars I bought before and he’s been excellent. He makes sure all your needs are taken care and that you’re satisfied.

Charles Griffith is very professional and takes great pride in his work. He always provides excellent customer service.

Been having my car serviced here for the past 10 years. I like the expertise that the dealer has with their own brand. Most importantly, they stand behind their service and commitment to the customer and do what ever it takes to resolve the issue/concern.I have worked with Chuck Griffith for the past eight years or so and, he is the best.

The service team, Bill Emmerson and Ron Arnold always perform above my expectation. As a long term customer, I appreciate the quick response to service my needs. Car repairs, even small issues like a flat tire can really ruin your day. Bill and his team make it effortless to quickly get you in for service and out without a hassle or delays. Buying a car is one thing, having it serviced over the life of ownership is really what makes the difference. All cars need service and occasional repairs, making that experience enjoyable, makes all the difference in the world. One of the most important things to me is the after-sale service and Germain's staff is second to none.

What a great service experience! Valet to and from my home, sanitized! Germain does it right every time..Moises Marante, my service advisor, was terrific. Communicative, professional and pleasant. Can’t go wrong with Germain.
